Isaias is the part-owner and operations manager of Macias Power Washing Solutions. He began his career in the construction industry at the young age of 16, working summers as an apprentice for several masonry companies around town. He went on to work as a construction inspector in 2018, earning several certifications in concrete reinforcement and quality transportation construction. His experiences in the construction trade helped solidify his knowledge of pressure washing all sorts of exterior surfaces. As operations manager, Isaias manages the daily functions of the company. His duties include managing the schedules, site visits, estimates, and of course, pressure washing.

In his spare time, Isaias loves spending time with his wife and two english mastiff dogs. He enjoys the outdoors, partaking in activities such as dirt-biking, sailing, and snow boarding.
